Swiss epic Tours is a start up focused only on tours and excursions and mainly tailormade. My goal is to develop the distribution of standard products via OTAs and Channel managers. It is a big challenge because ancillaries is a product I never worked with. It has proven to be very successful and amazing experience. I managed to grow our sales of standard product to 30% of our volume which helps with the cash flow, especially in the lower months of the season.

Wozozo is part of Destinia group which is a very big company doing around 500m turnover in year.My goal there is to find the right partners in Greece where they can support our growth. So, this means, sourcing hotels directly and working with DMCs that fit the needs of the company.
At the same time I am responsible together with the Sales team and CEO for Wozozo to enter the German speaking markets as a client.

GEA is my new co operation in Crete. I act as business advisor to the owner who is the second generation and he wants to grow the company in a healthy way.
We have started by analyzing current internal structures as well as client set ups.
